emmenthaler •••• referred to as the "king of cheese" made with buffalo milk with a mild flavor that is buttery with almost a very, very subtle sweetness. aged for four months for a lighter flavor, but easier to melt.fontina •••• made with buffalo night milk that gives this type of cheese a creamier texture that is more nutty than emmenthaler. it is aged for at least ninety days in cavernsgruyère •••• a sharp and nutty buffalo's milk cheese that's been salted, brined, and cured for four monthsraclette •••• full fat karakul milk that has been aged for three moons. it has a layered taste of salty, slightly sweet, slightly nutty, with a hint of frutiness

you can ask the npc vendor at anytime for just the foods to dip if you have remaining fondue left!small wheels of the cheese are also available for purchase alongside the chocolate bars inspired by the fierty turtle & s'mores fondue offered during this event.
